E-PILOT
The E-PILOT is designed to provide a safe, reliable and cost effective means to react to an abnormal operating condition. The E-PILOT can be configured to monitor level, temperature or pressure.
An abnormal condition such as a high or low level, pressure, or temperature causes the E-PILOT to pulse close an internal solenoid valve. This solenoid valve can be piped to an actuator on a well or pipeline and close or open a valve as required. There are also two additional supervised field input connections on the board.
The E-PILOT will function in normal block and bleed shutdown mode with manual reset or in Auto Restore mode where the E-PILOT will pulse open and pulse close the internal solenoid between two set points.

• Latching relay with two, separate sets of dry contacts configurable as normally open or normally closed.
• 12 VDC lithium battery pack with two years or more of operation that would include a system “test” function once a week.
• “Battery Low” shutdown feature allows for closing of the e-pilot solenoid in the event of a low battery power condition.
• “Battery Low” LED Indicator feature provides on-site indication that battery must be replaced.
• Dual point, LED indication of High or Low alarms.
• Stainless steel housing of all components.
• Multiple gauge ranges for different applications, and liquid filled gauges are available upon request.
