The A.C.T. Fusible Plug, or Thermal Fuse, is an extremely affordable single use temperature switch. The stainless steel tubing contains a fuse that holds continuity until the ambient air temperature surrounding the body reaches 200° Fahrenheit; once that threshold is broken, the fuse pops breaking the circuit and triggering an alarm event on your safety system.
